The SACCIA GROUP ALBERGHI E VILLAGGI s.r.l. -Unipersonale, with head office in C.da S. Barbara, snc - 71012 RODI GARGANICO (FG), C.F./VAT/R.I. n. 03563720717 - R.E.A./FG n. 256354 Share Capital € 1,199,000.00 i.v., hereinafter only GRUPPO SACCIA, welcomes its guests, of HOTEL BAIA SANTA BARBARA in RODI GARGANICO, of PARK HOTEL PAGLIANZA-PARADISO and of CAMPING INTERNAZIONALE MANACORE in PESCHICI and in confirming its commitment to a pleasant and peaceful vacation, invites GUESTS to observe and respect these RULES containing also the general booking conditions. The observance of a few rules for the benefit of the common interest.
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
CAMPING - PITCHES
Rates do not include tourist tax.
Pitches can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people in the "S", 6 in the "L" and "VIP" pitch, 8 in the "XL" (adults or children).
Pitches are bookable, for minimum one-week stay with free entry/departure. Seafront pitches, equipped tents and "VIP" pitches, bookable from Saturday to Saturday. Reservation can be finalized with the payment of the first installment of the 30% deposit, by bank transfer or credit card. The reason for payment must imperatively state "confirmatory deposit protocol No. ..........." A specific pitch is bookable only for minimum two-week stays, Saturday to Saturday, and payment of the entire stay at the time of booking. Otherwise, the assigned number will be communicated only upon arrival. Any change of pitch is possible only with the prior authorization of the Saccia Group.
.At least 10 days (ten days) prior to arrival, by bank transfer or credit card, reason for payment "booking confirmation deposit No. ............." must be paid the second installment of the 70% confirmation deposit of the stay estimate, for pitches booked without a specific number. Only upon receipt of the confirmatory deposit of 70% will the booking confirmation be sent. Payment of the 70% confirmation deposit from the 9th day before arrival will result in a surcharge of 5% on the amount still to be paid.
On the day of the beginning of the stay, patrons will first proceed to check-in with all its fulfillments, including signing and authorization to retain the deposit paid (30% and 70%) on account of the price of the stay. Then check-out will be carried out by issuing invoice for the entire stay with charge of tourist tax and any extras.
No refund in case of early departures/days and/or meals not enjoyed.
.Any errors in the counts must be manifested before the tax documentation is issued. No reports or requests for refunds, on alleged errors, will be accepted after the account has been closed.
Discounts and promotions applicable only to Guests declared at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION WITHOUT RISK. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 10 days before arrival, the total amount paid, will be refunded less the deductible of Euro 30.00 for administrative expenses. For cancellations and/or changes of period, from the 9th day before the date of arrival, the deposit of 30% of the total stay will be retained just adherence to the conditions and regulations previously read and accepted. The remaining 70% may be used for possible postponement of the period of stay, within the current season, or will be refunded.
For reservation changes, within 10 days prior to arrival, an excess of € 30.00 will be charged for processing the file.
.Rates will be charged from the day of arrival, regardless of time. The day of departure will also be counted if this takes place after h. 12.00.

Customer who enters into the seasonal contract, must necessarily indicate the generalities of the 4 participants covered by the contract. The extra people, and/or however outside this list will be considered "Guests" and the fee will be calculated according to the official rates of the Camping, under adult and/or additional child. For the presence of a dog/domestic animal, there is a flat fee of € 150.00 total. To confirm a seasonal pitch, a deposit of 50% and the balance within 10 days prior to arrival is required.
.Guests and/or pets found inside the Campground, NOT REGISTERED, will be fined €100 (in addition to the expected surcharge).
Camping Guest visitors are allowed from h. 9.00 am to h. 9.00 pm. The first hour is free of charge. After that hour, the "Additional Guest" adult and/or child rate of the relevant period will be charged. In the period from 12/08 to 17/08 it is forbidden to host/invite friends or relatives inside the facility
.Cars/motorcycles are to be parked in the designated common areas. For parking in pitch, additional € 15.00 per day. Additional car/moto in parking lot, € 5.00 per day.
In order to take advantage of the services offered, as well as for security reasons, Guests must wear the "SACCIA GROUP" identification bracelet upon arrival
.HABITATION UNITS AND HOTEL
Rates do not include tourist tax.
Reservations are finalized only upon payment of the deposit of 30%, by bank transfer or credit card. The reason for payment must imperatively state "confirmatory deposit protocol No. .............".
At least 10 days (ten days) prior to arrival, by bank transfer or credit card, reason for payment "confirmatory deposit booking no. ............." must be paid the second installment of the confirmatory deposit of 70% of the stay estimate, for the pitches booked without a specific number. Only upon receipt of the confirmatory deposit of 70% will the booking confirmation be sent. Payment of the 70% confirmation deposit from the 9th day before arrival will result in a surcharge of 5% on the amount still to be paid.
It is possible to guarantee a precise number of units/room only for stays of minimum 2 weeks and payment of the entire stay at the time of booking. Otherwise, the assigned number will be communicated only upon arrival.

.ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
.CHECK-IN. The reception is open, for acceptance operation, from h. 10.00 to h. 21.00.
On arrival, Guests must present a valid identification document, both for adults and children.
The completion of the notification form is the responsibility of the Client and can be done already following the booking confirmation, with the online completion of the form that will be automatically transmitted to the email address that will be communicated to us when requesting a quote.
The pitches will be available from h. 16.00 on the day of arrival, until h. 12.00 on the day of departure. In the case of departure after that time, the additional night will be charged.

Housing units and rooms will be available from h. 17.00 on the day of arrival, until h. 10.00 on the day of departure. For the hotel formula, the stay must begin with lunch, in the case of arrival in the morning, or with dinner, arriving in the afternoon. For unused days and/or meals and early departures, there is no refund.
.Since arrival, all Guests must wear the "SACCIA GROUP" identification bracelet in order to use the Village services, as well as for internal security reasons.
CHECK-OUT. Upon departure, Guests are requested to leave the rooms/flats/living units by the scheduled time, tidy and the kitchenette clean, so as to avoid delays in handing over the keys and deduction from the deposit. For any extras/camping account to be settled, please arrange this by 48h before the day of departure.
REGULATIONS
The present regulations are viewable through the link provided on our website and viewable through a link provided at the time of quotation, displayed c/o the reception office of our accommodations and are understood, therefore, to be accepted in full at the time of booking with the payment of the deposit and/or upon arrival at the facility for guests who do not avail themselves of the practice of booking (passers-by, campers, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITY - INSURANCE
The Saccia Group disclaims any liability for theft of money or any other items left unattended either c/o the pitches/housing units/rooms or under the umbrellas and/or in the car, etc.
.The Saccia Group and staff are not responsible for theft or loss that may occur inside HOTEL BAIA SANTA BARBARA in RODI GARGANICO, PARK HOTEL PAGLIANZA-PARADISO and CAMPING INTERNAZIONALE MANACORE in PESCHICI, for damages in case of temporary lack of gas, electricity, water or technical failures of facilities, for accidents caused by natural elements, such as wind, rain, and the like, of falling trees, branches or pine cones or other vegetation part in conjunction or not with weather events, of the presence of any kind of wild animal, for accidents caused by guests or their equipment or mobile means.
The Saccia Group disclaims any responsibility for clumsy maneuvers made to enter or exit pitches, parking lots and/or internal roadways (impacts to plants, branches or shade cloths)."
Any temporary suspension, for technical or force majeure reasons, of ancillary services or activities shall not, under any circumstances, constitute grounds for revocation of the reservation, or cause for termination of the relationship.
The Saccia Group reserves the unquestionable right to make any type of structural and/or organizational changes within the accommodation facilities and may, in its sole discretion, access at any time the entrusted spaces (rooms/living units/lofts) as often as it deems necessary for reasons of urgency, maintenance, control and inspections. The use of all sports equipment, and participation in organized entertainment activities, are at the user's own risk.
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
Vehicular traffic is not allowed inside the accommodation facilities, except on arrival and departure days and only for loading/unloading luggage. In such and only circumstances, they must also proceed at a walking pace, never exceeding 10km per hour. Cars/motorcycles will, therefore, have to be parked at the designated areas.
RESPECT OF SILENCE
Afternoon rest is scheduled from h. 14.00 to h. 16.00. Overnight rest is provided from h. 23.30 to h. 07.00.
The rest is provided from h. 23.30 to h. 07.00.
During these hours, silence and respect for the peace and quiet of others must be observed.
TIMES OF SERVICES
Pools will be open from h. 09.00 to h. 13.00 and from h. 16.00 to h. 19.00. Hotel restaurants will practice the following hours:
- Breakfast from h. 07.30 to h. 10.00. Lunch from h. 12.30 to h. 13.45. Dinner from h. 19.30 to h. 20.45.
Hotel bars, in the all-inclusive formula, will be open from h. 08.00 to h. 15.00 and from h. 17.00 to h. 24.00. The lobby and restaurant bars, c/o hotel Baia Santa Barbara, will alternate in openings, ensuring service during the above hours.
During the hours when breakfast is served (7.30-10.00), drinks at the bar are to be charged
.Evening entertainment service will stop by h. 23.30.
.MINORENNI
Minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied and will stay with their parents and persons having parental authority, who are responsible for ensuring that these regulations are respected and observed. Adults are directly responsible for the behavior of their minors and must ensure that their liveliness does not disturb other Guests. In addition, minors, must be supervised at all times while swimming in the sea and swimming pool. Campers, must accompany children under 8 years of age to the communal toilets.
IMBARKING
For the safety of swimmers and in reference to the ordinance governing bathing activities, parking, even temporarily, of any type of boat (dinghies, boats, inboard, outboard, etc.) is not permitted. We suggest storage c/o the ports of Rodi Garganico, Peschici or Vieste.
Safety at Sea
.We recommend Guests to respect the relevant Laws and the provisions and ordinance from the Harbour Master's Office, regularly displayed c/o the beach accesses. We remind you that it is forbidden to: - bathe in the launching corridors of boats (canoes, pedal boats, etc.,) in rough seas, during storms, at night, and to go offshore beyond the safety limit marked by the buoys. Guests are obliged, however, to follow the instructions of the lifeguards.
CLEANING
The cleanliness of the common areas, as well as that of the housing units, is a top priority of the SACCIA GROUP. To this end, the cooperation of the Guests is, therefore, indispensable to ensure its maintenance. We recall below, some basic rules:
.It is strictly forbidden to throw papers, cigarette butts, empty bottles/cans, chewing gum, etc.
on the ground, on the beach, in the sea.It is strictly forbidden to damage the plants to the equipment of the accommodation facility, pour boiling liquids or liquids of any kind into the drains or into the streets
It is strictly forbidden to light fires outdoors (use only barbecues where present), dig holes or furrows along the lanes and on the pitches
Non-compliance with these rules may result in removal from the facility.
CENTRALIZED HYGIENIC SERVICES - CAMPING
Camping Guests are asked to maintain the utmost cleanliness in the bathrooms, washbasins and common toilets in general, respecting hygiene and common civil living. In this regard, we recall some primary rules:
- Do not wash clothing or dishes in sinks intended for personal cleaning
- Always flush the toilet after using the facilities
- Do not let children under 8 years old, use the facilities by themselves
- Use drinking water in moderation, remembering the preciousness of this common good, and especially DO NOT WASH YOUR OWN CARS, CAMPER OR ROULOTS
Non-compliance with these rules may result in removal from the facility.
Differentiated Collection
The SACCIA GROUP pays special attention to separate waste collection and, to this end, the cooperation of Guests is necessary. In fact, within the accommodation facilities, special bins have been distributed and ecological areas have been set up that are useful for the differentiation of waste. Guests are requested to make proper use of these facilities.
DISPOSED OBJECTS - VALUABLES STORAGE
You are advised to be careful with personal belongings to money and valuables, never leaving them in cars/caravans/camper vans or at the beach umbrella by using, for room/unit occupants, the safety deposit box provided. Campers, on the other hand, for small amounts of money for safekeeping, may contact the reception office. SACCIA GROUP disclaims any responsibility for loss, theft, damage and/or loss caused by force majeure events and various calamities.
.In case of finding various lost items, either on the beach or inside the facilities, Guests are requested to hand them over to the reception office.
REGULATIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DOG
.Pets and small/medium sized dogs are allowed c/o Manacore International Camping and c/o Park Hotel Paglianza Paradiso. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED c/o the Baia Santa Barbara Hotel.
Where permitted, only 1 animal is allowed per room/living unit/pitch. Access is not allowed in common areas, including the restaurant, amphitheater, pool, on the beach.
Beach access is feasible only at a free beach, c/o Manacore International Camping
.Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, maximum length of 1.5 m, and a muzzle of suitable size must be available, to be used when necessary or upon request of the staff in charge.
Guests are requested to bring appropriate bags and scoop for the collection of droppings.
It is recommended that dogs are not left unattended in the pitch/room/living unit but that a member of the household is always present with them or walking them.
The dogs are not to be left unattended.
Dogs must not cause any disturbance to other Guests and, when camping, must not invade other pitches.
It is the duty of the owners to ensure maximum compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards during the animal's stay within the accommodation.
Any damage caused to third parties and to the accommodation facility's equipment, by dogs, is the complete responsibility of the owners.
The Saccia Group reserves the right to immediately remove Guests who transgress these provisions.
